CHRISTMAS ANGEL TREE PROGRAM

Christmas Decorations

"On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh." Matthew 2:11

The No Orphan Left Behind Foundation Christmas Angel Tree Program, established in 2009, spreads joy during the Christmas season by providing special gifts to less fortunate children who might not receive a gift from a parent or anyone.

Through this program, we offer both necessities and Christmas gifts to orphaned children, ranging from infants to 18 years old. Currently, the program brings Christmas joy to children in Florida’s foster care system and to orphans in the Dominican Republic and Haiti.

With the support of our partners, Angel Trees are placed in churches and businesses during the month of November. Each tree is adorned with angel tags that feature a child’s name, photo, age, gender, clothing and shoe sizes, and holiday wishes. Community and church members select an angel, purchase gifts based on the provided information, and return the items to the location where the tag was chosen. These gifts are then delivered to the children during the Christmas season. In 2014, we expanded our Angel Tree program to include children from the Emmanuel Educational Center in Cerca-la-Source, Haiti. For these children, angel tags were placed on the trees featuring their name and photo, and participants were asked to contribute a $25 donation. With the funds raised, our missionaries purchased and delivered Christmas presents to these children, spreading joy and hope throughout the holiday season.
